I’m definitely pregnant but still scared it’s ectopic. I’m 4 weeks and 5 days I’ve had 2 blood tests within 48 hours. My first blood test came back as nearly 850 and yesterday it was nearly 2500-3000. Don’t know the exact results as he read them to me. My gp said everything is great and it’s rising like it should but I’m not so sure.
I have the normal pregnancy symptoms and some mild pain near my pubic bone slightly to the right, lower back and some pelvic pressure I have been getting some mild cramping too on and off I’ve had this since just before ovulation. My gp thinks it’s normal or could be my endo and I had surgery February and it could also be scar tissue pulling.
I’m so worried and stressed it could be ectopic because I have a partially blocked tube on the right. Has anyone else’s blood tests nearly tripled in a 48 hours?

From what I know about hcg if a pregnancy is ectopic it rises but at a lower rate than they would expect. I think levels rising like yours is a good sign. If the gp has said it’s okay I would try and do your best to relax. Are they testing you again?
No worries. There’s always something to worry about. And I’d say that the fact they’re not testing again is a good sign. You could book a private scan to put your mind at rest? They might not do until you’re 7 weeks though. X
Don’t worry. Take it as a good sign. My hcg levels almost trebled at the start too. It could indicate twins but I definitely only have one in there and all going well at 13 weeks. Congratulations mama!
