Second Period after abortion

Hello.

I was wondering if i could have some advice please?

I had an abortion on the 23rd Of November.Everything went well and by the 19th of December I had my period back. However this month I have had spotting then 1.5 days of bleeding and day 3 spotting again. Is this normal for after an abortion?

I cant find any information on What the second period is to be like.

I`ve taken pregnancy tests (as I have had sex since my abortion) and they are all saying negative, however I have been pregnant twice and both times have had bleeding was just unaware until my next period so didnt really keep track of those.

Is it possible that its down to my hormones following my abortion on the 23rd Of November?

I had my first period after miscarriage now I'm longwaiting for my second period too I'm not sure if it's normal..I also spotted and took preg test as you did and they all came negative...
