I know it must be incredibly difficult, but have you spoken to anyone about the fact that you were raped? If not, it is very important that you do. Perhaps you could contact Rape Crisis. They have a freephone number: 0808 802 9999 and they also have local centres across the country if you would rather speak to someone face-to-face rapecrisis.org.uk/ The Haven can also offer you support face-to-face at their centres: thehavens.org.uk/how-we-can...
In terms of your scan, if they wanted to do an internal scan they may have been unsure about your dates. Have they arranged to see you again soon to do another scan? It might be worth giving your maternity service a call to discuss this and check you are being booked in again.
I hope this helps. Again, if you haven't spoken to someone yet please do. It could make a big difference.
I really think you need to have a chat with your midwife or doctor about this. It sounds like you've been given a lot of confusing information, which must be very difficult, but I think they would be the best people to speak to as they can give you more information about your scan and explain their decisions. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help.
