I went for a scan yesterday and was told I had a 18×7×22 hematoma they told me it was smaller then baby but now I'm soooooooooo scared of will I miscarry or will baby be OK please advise

I believe the rate of miscarriages due to a hematoma is 1-3%. I know of a few people who have had hematomas in early pregnancy and delivered healthy babies. The rate is very low sweetheart and while I can understand your worry, I would try to keep as calm as possible and not stress. The best thing you can do for you and your baby is look after yourself and try to avoid all stress xx
