Bowel obstruction surgery

Hello everyone......hoping to connect with people who have undergone similar treatment to me. Just over two weeks ago i had surgery for a closed loop bowel obstruction.....discharged from hospital after a few days. Still experiencing lots of pain and tenderness in area....but not sure what is normal and what isn't? Nobody told.me what to expect! Would love to chat with people who have had similar surgery X
