bowel blockage

Had bowel resection 6 years ago . Iliostomy bag and then successful reversal . Had an appendectomy about a year later, because my appendix were stuck to my ileostomy scar internally. I had pain and went to the hospital, but my surgery wasn’t emergency. I was scheduled about two weeks later for the appendectomy. For the last few days I’ve been suffering very bad constipation haven’t felt great for a week or two. I had bad pain yesterday around my midsection and I’m not sure if I’m dealing with a possible blockage or gallstones . Can gallstones cause constipation? Seein doc tomorrow , I’m not eating a lot at the moment until I see him. Any advice please ?
