What to do???

I woke up 3 nights ago at 2am with stomach cramping and nausea. I was okay the next day, went #2 a little (little balls as usual). Yesterday, I tried a suppository and went some but felt the urge to go more and couldn’t. Today I’ve tried 3 enemas, 2 suppositories, and I’ve produced some little balls but I need to go sooooo bad. I don’t know what else to do. I have drank water, coffee, eaten fruit… I had a hemorrhoidectomy last year due to severe constipation causing multiple problems. Now, my bum is swollen and painful and I’m laying on a heating pad to try to ease the pain and swelling. I’m scared… is it time for an ER visit? What will they do? I’m so nervous and scared, and hurting.
