I'm hoping someone here has experience with fissures, of which I have 4....2 small and 2 chronic 
Ironically my diet is fine, I drink plenty and I have regular BMs, I don't strain and I always clean properly.
I've used gtn ointment, not really helpful and headaches were awful.
I have warm baths to ease any pain afterwards.
They are healing very VERY slowly, constantly nervous about retearing and ending back at square one......
But.
The itching.....
The itching is beciming worse than the pain!!!!
I can't sleep properly, it's constantly itching like I have 60 mosquito bites in my butt! I don't scratch because I know it could do damage.
(also I'm not sure if it's caused by it or just unlucky enough to have something else going on, but my vaginal opening is slightly itchy too now....)
Its been over a week of intense itching and I'm so tired I could cry..
Dr's won't see me because of Covid19 and when I called they said they wouldn't be able to provide an appointment unless it was an emergency!
Someone must have some ideas!?
Anusol says it relieves itching but I don't know if I can use it on fissures as they're technically broken skin...
