been reading on here about death by reclast a really sad story, are these drugs worth it,I had my first infusion in April 2 days later I was in hospital after peeing blood,

All we can do is research the best we can and make a decision on what we ourselves feel is the best thing to do. Unfortunately there are always these kind of really upsetting stories to read. Every drug has possible side effects. That is just how it is and it does not make it at all easy for anyone to make a decision on what is the best to do for one's health.

Thanks for this link to this very sad post from a man who has lost his wife. We fully understand how terrible this is for us all to read especially as he has linked this to the Reclast infusion. Although we don’t have all the details ‘it’s likely that this wasn’t caused by the Reclast/ Zoledronic acid’.

For example, Rheumatoid Arthritis also damages other organs in the body and increases the risk of serious heart problems. And often the treatments for Rheumatoid Arthritis include steroids which can increase other risks too. We know that the Reclast/zoledronate infusion is used all over the world to treat osteoporosis safely.
