I use a magnesium spray in the morning and take boron with my lunch.

I take boron in the morning with breakfast and my D3 and take magnesium at night with or after my evening meal.

I also like to lie in a bath with magnesium flakes - you could try that too, if you don’t like taking a bath then you can buy Better You magnesium spray or cream I used to use their magnesium flakes but now I just buy a bucketload of whatever is selling at a good price from Amazon.

Hi Radars. I read that boron helps magnesium absorption (among other things) so I just take them together.

thanks, I take boron in the morning and magnesium glycinate 30mgs at night, still finding it hard to sleep.

I'm pretty sure magnesium only helps some people sleep because a magnesium deficiency can cause insomnia, and so a supplement corrects that.

my 30 mgs I take might not be enough to help me to sleep
