How many boron tablets?

Hello

I've been taking 6 prunes a day plus a 3mg boron tablet.

Trying to lose a few lbs so cut prunes to 3 plus the 3mg boron tablet.

Anyone know if the tablet alone would be sufficient for my boron intake?

Thanks!

We need 3mg of boron a day, so yes, the supplement alone is sufficient. Prunes are a good source of boron, but depending on where they're grown, may not give you the full 3mg. Many of us take a boron supplement because we'd have to eat too many prunes to get enough!

Justme16 ,You require around 6 mg of Boron daily [based on placebo studies]. Have 1 cup[24 g] or 8 pitted prunes(prefer Organic) daily.

3-6mg boron a day is sufficient. Are you getting enough vit d calcium and magnesium?
