I've been getting my magnesium from a spray. I was thinking of trying oral magnesium. Does anyone know which is better for osteoporosis? Thanks.

I use ‘Remag’ - a liquid solution. Comes in a blue bottle. I was told it was easier for the body to absorb, and is less problematic for the digestive system.

I wonder if anyone else here has this……

I use the spray. I found the tabs did not really agree with me.

I take Magnesium from Wild Nutrition, it's farm grown rather than lab, I don't know if it makes any difference whether it's food or lab grown but it's one less synthetic supplement that I'm taking. I have a subscription so it comes every month, the first order it comes in a glass bottle, then afterwards it's a refill.
