Anyone know if boron and strontium citrate are okay to take together? Perhaps only one is better than the other. I have mild osteoporosis but am trying to aid a lumbar bone graft fusion from surgery 3 months ago. I take d3, k2, strontium citrate and biotin. I also am on Gabapentin for nerve pain. I see some info online stating this can cause bone loss?

I take strontium citrate (half dose, not every day) and 6mg boron daily. I haven't heard anything about it not being appropriate to take them both.
