Vitamin supplements

We, at age 72, are very interested in supporting our daily diet with effective vitamins. D3 (actually a hormone!) K2, zinc, B12 etc. There is very interesting info available online. Would like to know much more in one place.

Thanks to you all at Health Unlocked ~ it's a great resource.

Thanks, Sally
