I’ve tried searching, but no luck.

I read about a lab in uk that does postal vitD blood tests.

Anyone know the address?

If you do it through Better You, they send you a free Vit D oral spray with your results, personalised to your need according to the results: betteryou.com/vitamin-d-tes.... Or this one is done at an NHS lab in Birmingham: vitamindtest.org.uk/

I've used this one, it's an NHS lab and test is around £29. Very convenient quick service.

Your doctor should be doing your bloods every year and that dhoukd give your Vit D score

Gp does bloods in April.

Was 131 nmol/l .

Don’t want to go too high!
