Hi. I know there’s a discussion on vitamin K2 and it’s benefits for osteoporosis , I’m thinking of trying it. has anyone tried the K2 oral spray, and if so, do you find it more beneficial than the tablets.

Hi Qscrabble8 I use a Vitamin K2 oral spray. However I have no means of knowing if it is working to take Vitamin D away from the arteries and to my bones! Hope it is! It is convenient to use and saves swallowing another tablet!

Hi yes I use vitamin K2 spray as well as vitamin D3 emulsion. I am all for anything that goes directly into the blood stream rather than going through the digestive system.

Hi

I use the BetterYou VitK2 oral spray but I don't know how beneficial it is. I was taking Solgars VitK2 but I dislike taking tablets. Again no idea how beneficial it is.

I have taken liquid k2 (Mena Q7 with vitamin D3) for a while and I notice that my tartar has gone and no cavities. That is a good sign.
