Vitamin D & k2

Hi everyone i've been diagnosed of having Vit D deficiency 22 nmol/L, been taking Vit d 5000 iu a day and vitamin k2, for the past week and seem to be getting a strange side effect, my tongue feels sore but this wears off towards the end of the day, does anyone else know what this could be x

The vitamin K2 is because vitamin D extracts calcium from the diet and sets it free floating in the blood stream. Vitamin K tells it to go find a bone to strengthen. But there is need for much more than k. You need calcium, potassium, magnesium and..... vitamindcouncil.org/about-v... Is there no way for you to improve your diet with vit d rich foods and spend at least 30 minutes a day sat in the midday sun with next to no clothes on?

I had this problem 3 days after constantly taking my k2+D3 pills after meals!

An Ayurvedic tip saved me from it for good. its called oil pulling, its mainly highlighted for teeth health in the west but this 5000 years old trick does wonders for anything related to mouth.

Just take teaspoon of unrefined pressed coconut oil and swirl it around your mouth for 10-15 minutes (i knw its long) just do it lightly so u dont get tired and then spit it out. It should fix ur issue for good.

Don't spit into the sink. The coconut oil will eventually clog your drain. Spit into the compost or the garbage.
