I take Zanidip10 for my BP but ifI take 1 tablet daily it drops my blood pressure a little too much to around 110. If I take half a tablet daily I end up with a BP around 135. Can I take 1 tablet every 36 hrs? Or should I rather try to take 3/4 of a tablet daily?

It’s not recommended that you do anything about your dosage without involving your medical professional. For advice, the website of Blood Pressure Uk is informative and they have a helpline.I don’t know how old you are but 110 sounds ideal.
I'm 52. My doctor said I could vary my dosage based on my BP trends, but we did not discuss timing. Will chat to him.
Agree you should have a chat with your doctor, but 135 is a reasonable blood pressure, so half a tab a day seems like a good idea, its too difficult to accurately cut a tablet into three quarters. I wonder what would happen if you take a whole tablet then a half tablet on alternate days. See what the doc says...
