Zanidip 10 every 36 hrs

I take Zanidip10 for my BP but ifI take 1 tablet daily it drops my blood pressure a little too much to around 110. If I take half a tablet daily I end up with a BP around 135. Can I take 1 tablet every 36 hrs? Or should I rather try to take 3/4 of a tablet daily?

Diastolic Blood Pressure reads 10+ higher on Right Arm

I take Tritrace/Rampril 10mg evening and Zanidip 10mg morning. My Blood Pressure readings are a lot higher on my right arm?? For example 115/80 on right arm vs 120/94 on the left arm. I exercise a lot daily and eat well.

Have classic symptoms, take 3.75mg Sifrol daily, Sleep driving,Gambling,Obessive behavior Alcohol abuse.Please advise Class actions.

Evening, Zanidip 20mg, (hypertension). SIFROL 3.75mg, (restless Legs). Alepam 15mg, (sleep as required). Use CPAP Machine. Have Hearing Aids, Tinitis. Loose Balance,Have Compulsive behaviors, gambling problems. Please advise
