My Grandma has been on Adalat retard 20mg for a very long time to manage her blood pressure. Since it’s been discontinued her doctors has been haphazard with finding her a new solution. She has symptoms with Nifedipress 20mg. Has anyone had a better transition from retard? If so which tablet?

In your position I’d have a chat with my pharmacist and then ,armed with that information, see the doctor for help.
