Wow, I haven't seen that sort of thing before but I'm sure someone will come along soon who has. Do you think this is to do with high BP? Have you contacted your GP about it?

I was in hospital and bloods all came back normal. Someone at work also has it. She thinks it’s to do with blood flow

I have taken pictures and contacted my private healthcare. Hopefully they will have something. In the hospital the two nurses I saw had no idea!!
