BP Meds And Alcohol

I think I will be prescribed meds for high bp soon-probably a small starter dose-2mg.

Does this mean my alcohol is restricted/banned or would I be able to have a few beers every few nights?

Any advise appreciated.

alcohol/ drugs i am on drugs for bp the general rule is drugs are not as efective with alcohol intake and with large amounts of it nil effect but it benifits high colostroel it raises the hdl and lowers the ldl according to research 2 pints twice a week is recomended hope this make sense eddie
