blood pressure uneven

hi ive had some stents 3 in number inserted into the main 2 arteries 6 mts ago as the cardiologist discovered blockages eighty per cent i had tia priviously the doctors increased my p /p tablets and put me on asprin and plavix bisop and a colostrol drug statin now my b/p is 160 0ver 78 and varies during the day it was 227 over 110 when i got the tia should i increase my bp tablets i was thinking of reducing the statin as there is a lot of controversy as to its effectivenes thanks for reading
