A big thank you for all who read and left a lovely comment on my previous Post.

I had a lovely meal with the family and had a nice night in. Had my Hospital hemoglobin appointment today.

For the past 3 years my iron/hemoglobin count drifted between 95 and 110, in June this year they put me on a drip and it went up to 135 however today after blood tests it is falling again, it is now at 120.

I have been taking vitamin c and iron tablet per day but still it won't stay still.

Need to go back in 6 weeks for another check up, they took more bloods today and said if there was anything wrong they would call me.

Anyone got any idea.

Since 2010 ive had various chest x rays, that's what picked up the Boullus Emphysema by sheer chance, In 2011 I had a ct scan to see if there was anything going inside, nothing showed up apart from the Boullus Emphysema. They have done the camera work and still nothing has shown up, every other month I have had full blood counts down and all is clear however the iron/hemoglobin is low.

This has a roll on effect cause the correct oxygen levels ain't going to the lungs or vital organs, not good when Emphysema is going on as well.

Feel good apart from getting tired, but ive experiance that for year, I thought it was old age or just life lol.

Isn't the body a fascinating machine (only when it work lol).

Hi so sorry about your iron results .. You are doong everthing you can .., only thing i know about is injections or blood transfusions but you will already know

Wish i had answers but you not on ya own and we are always looking
