Blood massive amount in urine

The other night 3 am I woke up in even more bladder than usual and I peed a load of blood , and a little lumpy first thing. I m weeing slot generally and I get terrible bladder and urethra pain. The doctor did one dip test sent it fir culture. Did one blood test kidney one but I think all come back ok. So what's this blood about, my pain had been worse since I had two tubes in my bladder for a test for over active bladder. The test came back positive but that was two weeks ago not sure my bladder is as good as before the test. What am I supposed to do? Why doesnt NHS help me ? Why isn't anything working for so many ? And how do I have to suffer what suffers like this do ?

I am assuming the test your refer to for OAB was not a Cystoscopy. I would be asking your GP to refer you for a Cystoscopy where by they can see your bladder lining and take samples for biopsy if required. I have OAB and have had for quite some years. I have recently undergone a Cystoscopy which was as a result of a recurring and persistent UTI . I am also now on low dose nerve blockers and antibiotics for the issue. I made an assumption that my recent symptoms related to my prolapses which was incorrect. Always better to get the truer picture as early as possible.
