Blood in urine?

Hello, after another recent bad flare of symptoms of burning pelvis, burning to pee and sharp pains up centre of lower abdomen, I took another UTI test which I got back today as negative for infection, however my doctor said there was microscopic blood.

Has anyone else had this ? Bit scared !

I’ve had it many times during and just after menopause. Antibiotics cleared it.
