Anyone had a urinary fistula

Hey, I would really appreciate hearing experiences of a fistula. I have urine leaking from the vagina and although the CT and MRI confirm that it is leaking into the vagina, when the surgeon did an exploratory operation using blue dye he said there was no fistula but recommended a colopsuspension for stress incontinence!!!

I had open surgery and now the problem of leaking urine is worse and it’s definitely coming from the vagina as it decreases enormously if I put a tampon in and it’s soaked with urine when I remove it.

I’m at my wits end with it now and so upset and angry that the doctor went against the scan results and truly believe it’s not a case of not having a fistula but he can’t find it.

Any experiences would be greatly appreciated
