During Covid I couldn’t get through to 999 , the doctors surgery said they would ring me back and never did , nhs 111 could not get through either, no neighbours were about at , all out . So I reckon that day I worked myself in to having a panic attack, I thought my time was up. Phoned and texted wife no reply, , so I thought calm yourself down to myself, did breathing exercises very slowly, I managed to get myself calm and relaxed. All I’m saying we all make judgment calls to do with heart disease. So if we get to know are own bodies better we ourselves have a chance of saving are life’s and making them better. We all go to bed sometimes expecting not to wake up , that’s why positive outlook on heart disease is important. So get to know your body, chest pains , don’t panic stay positive, I know it’s hard , and our love ones are here to help , but so many times we push them away , which gets them frustrated and angry and then we do the same, which doesn’t help the heart,
