diastolic dysfunction

hi just ad a letter saying that i have grade 1 diastolic dysfunction and low borderline systolic dysfunction also got scaring of 2 segments of the heart first my questions my age is 49

is diastolic dysfunction heart failure ??as did look google but was a bit coinfusing so stopped googling dr google

Also have sinus bradycardia when i wake up almost every day about 43 bpm only happens to go this low in mornings

did have heart attack in 2020 nstemi with 1 stent in RCA

my ef is 51%
