I am on 49/51mg of this amazing drug and it has helped me no end with my heart problems.

To date I have had no side effects that I can put down to this medication { over a year }

Good morning to you and welcome. I have been on Entresto 24/26 my since double bypass. Was on highest dose before my double bypass, almost 2 years ago. No side affects to report. Good luck in your recovery x

hi there.. I started entresto about 6 weeks ago only side effect is dihorrea which comes and goes and light headedness sometimes.. lm on the highest dosage,asked hf nurse abou taking something for dihorrea and she said I can take something for it but got to ask my gp to prescribe it .. 👍

Hi I was on Entresto and I felt really well. I was taken off it after a blood test which showed it was making my potassium levels to high. I had no side effects at all and was sorry I had to stop. I have since had to have a pacemaker.
