I asked a question on the Q & A for the Cardiac Nurses

Just asked did anyone know if Kidney Problems when on Entresto are slow building or come with a bit of a bang !!!

Mid dose 51/49 mg

I had kidney function problems when taking Entresto, Bisoprodol & Eplerenone I was only at that time on the mildest dose of Entresto - hospital reduced my intake of Eplerenone- I am now on 97mg dosage of Entresto & seem ok

Would you mind sharing what your Kidney Problem whilst on Entresto/Bisoprolol/ Eplerenone which are pretty normal Meds for Heart Failure was ??

Kidney function was reduced - it came up on my blood test

My Kidneys are feeling a little sore and it's been 4 months since a blood test hence my question. I didn't know if it was a sudden failure or a slow decline .

My bloods were taken then just 10 days after starting meds

Thought the nauseous feeling I have could be due to Entresto have since spoken to my doctor this morning who says he doesn’t think so

I am on the higher dose now but just before my right hand and middle finger felt stiff and since has been quite painful and swollen. Doctor took bloods and no sign of rheumatoid arthritis. I need to speak to her again. Now the heart failure team have got me on the higher dose they have put me on the 'pending' list. I also get aches in my shoulders and legs. Feeling nauseous, stomach upsets. Has anyone else had problems with sneezing and having to blow their nose?
