I was lucky enough to discover that I required a stent before i suffered any heart damage, my clinician says there are no concerns about ongoing health issues, and i am minimal risk - where can i find fair travel insurance that acknowledges this?
i was quoted £800 to cover me for a 2 month stay in australia - long awaited trip to visit my son! and dont seem to be able to find an annual policy either.
any advice gratefully received!

I usually recommend StsySure and AllClear. Whilst not the cheapest they appear to offer the best cover and have a good record for paying up on honest claims.
As mentionred you must be totally honest. I posted a fe years ago where a claim was rejected as the person did not mention COPD which contributed to a lengthy hospital stay.
Allclear cover myself, with no health issues and my husbabd who has had 2 stents, no heart attack for £450 per year worldwide and cruising.
I got a annual policy for a year with All clear for 470.I'm going to my son for 2mths in australia.
