Hi , I have a question re TRAVEL INSURANCE . I had a myocardial infarct about 18 months ago and have made an excellent recovery , normal stress echo and I walk 10,000 steps a day . I have been given a price of £ 800 for a 2 week stay in the USA .
Does anyone have a recommendation for a reliable and reasonably priced travel insurance firm ??
Many thanks .

Hello. I'm using Staysure for my trip to Switzerland 🇨🇭 in June. They came in at just over £100 for 9 days away. However although I have complex needs and take loads of different meds, I am not waiting for any test results and I haven't had any major procedures in the last 12 months. Insurance for the USA is notoriously more expensive because of the cost of being hospitalised.
Hi I used moneysupermarket comparison site for people with pre existing conditions I paid £52 for a week in Spain which was really reasonable compared to what I have paid in the past. I have had a transplant .char
I would consider staysure .l ioked a holiday cist of insurance several and wouldn't give me a refund at the start of covid .Your decision I am going to try all clear .I have contacted limitless travel they seem brilliant re disabled people .They employ disabled people they offer so much they have given me about 10 companies they recommend will try send you some information San pedro
I was with Insure & go and had multi trip worldwide insurance for less than that. Just started booking hols again after covid break, and found Staysure was the best for me and very helpful on the phone. Shop around as the single trip cover will be dearer on average/per trip than annual. Good luck!
I was quoted £750 -Single Trip - by Staysure for 60 days - Worldwide excluding USA or Cruising. I had open heart surgery 2 years ago and ankle reconstruction 1 year ago. Seems rather high!
