Hi,what do people with angina eat when they are eating out or do they just have anything every now and again will like steak pie and potatoes with gravy be ok i know its hard.

After having a HA and stent in September , I was being ultra conscious about healthy eating.At a recent meeting with a cardio dietician, she advised that having an occasional "treat" is fine....just don't make a habit if it.
