The bad stuff there is mostly the carbs: bread and hash browns. Also bet they use bad vegetable oils to fry it in though.

Maybe I will go for the 19 piece Eggs Royale. Because of the carb content I will just have one muffin and to avoid fat a low calorie sauce. Eight eggs and eight pieces of salmon - maybe not!

Looks awful. Black pudding is enough to put me off. From a waste point of view can’t see a reason to place beans in a styrofoam cup. Unless they reheat in that way.
