Hi everyone. Back in 2019 March my husband had two stents. Hes finished his Clopidogrel. Just on statins and aspirin. Heart disease was seen on his CT scan as hes in remission from Hodgkins Lymphoma.
I want to put our hot tub up to try and help as hes shielding at home.
Is a hot tub safe for him now? Hes had no complications.
Any advice appreciated!

Hi I had a heart attack 5 weeks ago and subsequent angiogram. They found triple vessell disease but unable to stent and not a good candidate for by pass (I am 48yrs old! ). So I am on multiple meds to manage my condition. I have been using my hot tub since leaving hospital . The only advice I could find before using is watch the heat as can raise blood pressure and then when you get out suddenly drop. Interested in other peoples experience.
Hi Scaggette. I've got 1 stent, 1 balloon and an ICD and have used a hot tub without any problems. As Graft says, it's probably an idea to make sure the water's not too hot.
