Don't know about any one else but I have been home since the weekend. My local pub is doing deliveries and has set up a group video call it's nice to see familiar faces. There is lots of positive things on line to cheer us up. One of my favourite bands are doing a live session on Facebook. The best thing of all is that the National Trust are keeping their parkland open for free for us to go and have a nice isolated walk. The RSPB are doing the same. I am going to take advantage of this this weekend and go for a bit of fresh air.

Getting out for a nice walk and other things to do
Thanks for sharing this cheerful and positive news. You're absolutely right, there are plenty of thoughtful and considerate organisations and individuals out there, doing their level best to get us all through these difficult times.
I salute you for recognising some of these "local heroes"!
That's good you can do video calls and stuff. It's nice to get out in to nature but I dont even want to get on a bus to go anywhere so getting a bit of cabin fever. It's like being on a desert island my only luxury is a few tins of ink and paper oh and loo roll.
Hi, no I don't fancy buses either. It doesn't matter how small your garden or outside space is you can always attract nature to come to you. When I spent 6 weeks in hospital with Endocarditis I used get wheeled out to the grounds to feed the birds it kept me going
Yes I feed the birds and the crows. I would like to have a cat but I have been so unwell. Animals can be great company. Nature is lovely but I cant walk much at all. Just wish I could get my heart sorted. Enjoy your walk this weekend.
I will thank you and enjoy your Wildlife 🐦
