I am looking at Travel insurance I have used NOW travel insurance in the past (not claimed) But I think they use an underwriter s TIF that most companies use. I have complex stuff apart from CHD use quoted me £93 for essential cover

We use Insurance With. My husband had a CABG - he can get annual travel insurance and I have a few health issues, so I have to get insurance for each trip. US travel insurance always bumps up the price!

Hi give insure and escape a try, I used them earlier this year they were one of the only companies that would cover me.

My husband had a slight heart attack in April and had 1 stent fitted.

We had insurance through our Nationwide flexi plus account, and they would no longer cover him!!!!!

We even complained as we already had 3 holiday booked prior to this and they would not cover him.

I’m surprised they have quoted a price, but quite honestly I wouldn’t trust them now.

We have purchased insurance for him through Get going insurance.co.uk.

Great reviews and excellent prices.

We have just purchased 2 weeks in Florida for him for £114.

Good luck

Thanks.....

Just a little additional info.

This holiday insurance company also insured my husband for a cruise to the Fjords for a week. We were going just 4 weeks after his heart attack (no flights involved). The cost of that holiday insurance was £ 33.35.

Best of luck....
