Hi folks hope everyone is doing well.jimbro here don't really say a lot just like to read people's comments.but needed to ask a question. Had a real bad day yesterday had a small walk to the local store which is about 5 minutes away from my home. Cut a long story short had really bad dizziness and pain in my chest. Had 2 spray's of gtn. Great pain in chest went but still really bad dizziness. Had a job to put one foot in front of the other. My oldest daughter had to come and help me to get home. Any suggestions.?. Jimbro.

The fact that you got chest pain with the dizziness concerns me. Try and get to talk to your GP. If you can not get to do so today ring "111" for advice. I did have bad dizziness (to the stage of vomiting) a few times and my meds were changed slightly as the BP and anti-anginals were causing a drop in BP. Let us know what is said.

agree with Michael here, dizziness not a great sign especially if it continues after your GTN

Hi Linda 2611thanks for your advice on dizziness. Will look into that. Also apparently if you have to much GTN spray that can also lead to dizziness even make you faint as it slows your heart down. But was told that if you get pain have a spray. Wait 5 minutes if you are still having pain take another spray.so 3 spray's in all over 15 minutes. Then gets told that 5 spray's in a day is a bit to much.?????.

Any one make head or tails of that.
