It's been a bad day

Hello friends It's been a bad day I've spent most of the day at A&E with my breathing and dizziness, told its my sleep apnea that's making feel poorly.

Not long got home so it's a cuppa then bed hopefully I will feel better tomorrow.

I suffer with apnea

Mine is strange I had it 3 nights on the bounce and got maybe 6 hours sleep in them 3 nights then slept great the last 2 nights with no apnea

I have used a CPAP machine for over 12 months and it has really helped me with my sleep apnea.

do you have or are they organising a c-pap machine mine literally changed my life… as long as you use it

Hi yes I need to collect it on Friday afternoon, hopefully I will feel better.

Key thing is use it every night for 28 days and it becomes habit. Too many people try once or twice and give up…. Best wishes
