I'm 38 and I have paroxysmal AF and some cardiomyopathy/fibrosis. Does anyone have any recommendations for travel/medical insurance for a trip to Japan (Tokyo and Kyoto), ideally on a day-by-day basis (I have work-related insurance for during the week, I just need to be covered for the weekends).
Thanks in advance.
