Went to the gym yesterday after being of three weeks due to a back injury , do the gym a lot but let's just say "you are what you eat" and it's true I think if I've been to the gym and burned 600 calories I can have that cream cake that my feeder husband has bought me! Anyway onwards and upwards I'm on it like a car bonnet next year so if poss please support me and if anyone knows where I can buy willpower I'll have a shit load !! Xx

I am sorry your husband is not helpful by supplying you with foods you know you shouldn't eat. I am sure in his mind he has good reason. I do have to admit the harder I work out the hungrier I find myself and the more I think making bad eating choices is OK. This is obviously me self sabotaging myself. I too have to work through this and stay focused and on track. I also have CKD so that is one more element that I have to deal with when exercising and eating healthy. Good luck to you I feel your pain!
