I am 57 and single again. But while planning my 40th Class reunion, I “met” a widower classmate, and we have begun a wonderful friendship/relationship. He is getting healthy, and inspiring me, so I would love to use this format to stay inspired. My knee is currently an issue, which I am having addressed, but I want to be eating healthier, even if I can’t necessarily exercise much. Would love to walk into that reunion a healthier, happier version of me, 40 years later! And away we go!
