Hi everyone im new to this i have just started my diet and not doing to bad at the moment i just need to get my head around planning my meals and to get exercising i do do quite a lot of walking but i need to do more exercise i have books dvds and exercise equipment it just trying to get motivated to doing it so if anyone has any advice or tips i would be very grateful Thankyou
