I am 20 years old, 5’6”, and 175 pounds. I do not eat right at all, and I am not very active, haven’t ever really been. I’ve struggled with weight my whole life and I’m ready for a lifestyle change! Health problems related to weight run in my family, and I’d like to take all steps necessary to avoid them. I also wouldn’t mind seeing my body at its best while I’m young.

Look into the Zone Diet. It’s all about weighing and measuring, and it’s more food than people think. It can be confusing at first with learning the blocks, but I lose weight (when I actually follow it)
