I was diagnosed with COPD almost two years now.I had to use a lot of prednisone.Also I would cough really bad so I stopped smoking on a dime.And then I was told I was diabetic I gained 45 pounds.Please do mine share some tips with me.Exercise is hard but I do manage a walk sometime.My stomach is grown outward and causes me great discomfort with trying to breathe.My doctor said weight loss is 80 percent diet and 20 percent exercise.Help!!
