I went from jean size 16 down to 14. I look thinner. I feel lighter. But my weight is still the same on the scale. How is this possible? I look 170lbs but the scale shows me at 205lbs.

Have you been exercising? If so, you may have redistributed some of the fat into muscle which is more dense and weighs heavier, but looks a whole lot better!

Lately, I haven't been exercising. But I used to be a gym junkie. Maybe that's the case?! What you said does make sense though.
