Hello everyone! I made a decision yesterday after I was weighed at my doctors office to make a permanent change to my life. I'm a mother of one boy that is turning 3 on the 19th and I still have yet to lose the baby weight, actually I have put more on. I'm at age 21 and I have a BMI of 48.1 which is terrible. I'm here seeking support and motivation while I do the 12 week challenge.
