Hi my name is charlie. I recently started my weight loss journey, just over two weeks ago. Its safe to say I was allergic to excerise and sugar was my bff. Im a college student and struggled so hard to have a decent meal sechdule. This year I graduate from my first course and wasnt going to attend because of my weight. That was my real wake up call. My whole life I dreamed of that gap and gown, not willing to go was a huge eye opener.

My lunchs are packed every morning now and contains more fruit and veg than ever. A chocolate bar has not been part of my diet.

I joined the join and try go 5 days a week but for the first time in my life id rather go work out that sit stuffing my face.
