I am Debby and have been overweight for a long time due to a lot of health issues, mental issues, and psychological issues from childhood abuse...I have had a hard road but am so much better now and in a great space. We can do this and I have already lost over 100 pounds and need to lose more.

You sound like you should be giving a shoulder to help someone lean on. I know of no one who can undo the past (except in the movies) but the future can be a great makeover. Well maybe not great but a good tone down great. Just pick a goal and turn your wheel. I find the best helper is a pet. A dog can sense emotions and be a crutch, friend and someone to share exercise with. I always had a dog but for 44 years of marriage my wife says no dice. I fight weight and sometimes will power, but I seem to always get the inertia to keep going towards my goals.
